Executive Director

Shepherd’s Heart Fellowship is seeking a dedicated and purposeful executive director to lead and oversee all aspects of the organization’s mission and operations. The executive director will be responsible for the strategic direction, financial stability, program development, and community engagement of Shepherd’s Heart, ensuring its continued impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals in Pittsburgh. This is a unique opportunity to serve within a Christian ministry focused on outreach to the homeless and veteran communities.

Shepherd’s Heart, located in Uptown Pittsburgh, is a compassionate ministry of the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh, dedicated to embodying the love of Jesus by serving the poor, addicted, homeless, and marginalized individuals within the city. This unique organization operates both as a church and a faith-based nonprofit, extending help, hope, and the gospel to those most in need, including veterans.
