Associate Rector for Pastoral Care

The Associate Rector of Pastoral Care has responsibility for overseeing pastoral outreach to the St. Stephen’s congregation and surrounding community. This includes oversight of individual pastoral visits, support groups, and financial assistance through the People Helpers ministry. In addition, the Associate Rector oversees planning of pastoral services such as weddings, funerals, and baptisms. Finally, the Associate Rector of Pastoral Care is called to be aware of new needs and concerns developing in the congregation or community and prayerfully considers ways to meet those needs through individual and/or group care.
