Inspired by the collect that we pray on Ascension Day, as well as the lectionary reading from Paul’s letter to the Philippians, Bishop Alex encourages us to look forward to this upcoming church season of Ascension, Pentecost, and Trinity, and dwell for a moment on the image of Christ ascending to glory.
